Thanks’ God for another long weekend! And it’s time for our OC-Craft Food Trip Sunday. Today I will be featuring the new comfort food where they served homemade Filipino dishes. Presenting FCF - Filipino Comfort Food is located in Damosa IT Park (besides Concentrix entrance gate), Lanang, Davao City. It is owned by Chef Cathy Binag, who is also the owner of The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge located at Camella Northpoint, J.P. Laurel Ave. Buhangin, Davao City. Chef Cathy shared that she loves to cook food and creating new dishes. One of her creation is the Sizzling Tenga ng Baboy with Balot perfect for pulutan and ballot lover. Their Kinilaw na Kambing will definitely your Father and Brother’s favorite and a must try Chicken Skin should be in your list when ordering for Appetizer.  Going to the main course, one of my favorite it the Binagoongang Baboy, Pocherong Baka, Chicken and Pork Adobo w/ Liver (you will definitely be surprise about it) and Chicken Binakol with Young Buko. Now it’s time for the dessert.  Suman sa Latik, Ube Haleya and Guava Sorbetes are my favorites. Oh! I can’t wait to try their other meal! Check out FCF –Filipino Comfort Food today!
